Do you find that when you have an acne breakout, it's typically in the same location on your face? If so, this post will help you get to the bottom of why and what you should do to put an end to the madness.
It's normal for everyone to once in a while have breakouts around their face. But if this situation continues and it just wont go away, maybe its time for you to get introduced to "Mien Shian" which is called face mapping / reading. This is an old Chinese method to find out whats wrong with your body or what you are lacking nutritionally which is leading your face to break out.
Beauty is skin deep! What you eat, is what you'll feel and look like. Everything is related to one another. If you eat food that is unhealthy for you and do not exercise, you will notice the changes in your skin going from good to bad. It's never too late to change the eating habits you obtain and make decision to eat healthy fresh food and exercise to keep your self and your mind healthy.
So next time you're checking yourself out in the mirror and see break outs on your face, realise that there is something going on in your internal system and in your internal organs. The good thing about this, is that your skin will tell you whats wrong with your organs before they turn into a more serious problem if not taken care of.
This is where face mapping / reading comes to picture, to determine what each pimple and breakout means in your body. So let's go through what each part of your face means if you get pimples around that area.
Forehead
Breakouts can usually mean a build up of toxins in the digestive system and bladder. Up your intake of water to flush out the toxins and improve your diet or take a closer look to see if there are foods that you have a tolerance to. Eliminate processed foods and refined sugars where possible.
Eyes, orbital area and the space above your nose
Redness, flakiness, oiliness (in between the brows), itchy eyes here is related to your liver and possible allergies. Cut back on the booze, heavy, fatty or rich foods (are you eating out a lot?) and also dairy. Saturated fats are difficult for the liver to process, so go easy on the grease. Whilst refined sugars will convert into fats and cholesterol if the liver processes too much! Fresh orange or even lemon juice are great for invigorating the liver and also great for cleansing both body and liver.
Under the eyes and ears
Notice any dark circles under your eyes? It's not just lack of sleep that's an issue, you're most likely dehydrated. The area under your eyes and your ears, if they appear redder/hotter than normal are related to your kidneys so keep hydrated and reduce intake of alcohol, moderate your intake of caffeine, avoid too much salt in your diet and if you must, do a detox.
Nose
Apparently redness, broken capillaries and puffiness are related to any underlying heart or blood problems. (Or you may simply have a cold and have been blowing your nose too much!)
Cheeks
This are is related to the lungs and respiratory system. Irritation from pollution, smoking or passive smoking will cause broken capillaries, puffiness, inflammation or minor breakouts here.
Mouth area
Any congestion here shows underlying problems with your stomach and digestive system - up your intake of fibre and try to eat clean - include lots of fruit and vegetables!
Chin area
I don't know if this applies to everyone, but breakouts here are usually very common for many women. Hormonal imbalances and even stress are the main causes. I normally just take Omega 3 vitamins and switch it up with Vitamin E with Evening Primrose Oil. Research shows that Vitamin E is actually better for PMS.
Well, this is very enlightening. I always have break outs, especially when I have a visitor and always on the bottom half of my face. After checking out this face map, it totally makes sense due to the hormonal changes my body is experiencing. How about you? After looking at the face map, can you identify any challenges your body is facing?
Some of you may think this is all rubbish and most likely don't apply to you, but next time you experience any congestion, breakouts or notice anything out of the ordinary on your face take another peek at this face map again. Are there any noticeable correlations?
